The first match is between Pune and Gujarat. The thing with this match is that both teams are from Zone A and both teams are in the top three. They are basically now playing to prove which team is better than which. The team in the fourth place is really far away and I don’t think the teams are too scared of losing this particular match though it is better to play to win than have the last minute tension and waiting for external elements to kick in. Like certain cricket teams depending on run rates. I am not naming any team :)

Zone B. The second match is between Bengal and Tamil Nadu. Well what can I say about this match? Bengal Warriors is right on the top and Tamil Thalaivas is the last in the Zone. Bengal will want to win the match because the gap between them and the team second on the table - Patna Pirates - is just two. They will want to increase their points and decrease the pressure on themselves. They are through without a doubt though. Tamil Nadu can leave the tournament with their heads held relatively high after a win.
